Walter Manor is a new construction home in Paradise Valley, a project Fitch Hill Design led from the earliest planning phase through move-in day. Working alongside the architect and builder, Molly was responsible for every interior decision: finish selections, cabinetry design, decorative lighting, plumbing fixtures, millwork specifications, and the full furniture and decor package.
The home spans multiple levels and a range of spaces: a custom white oak kitchen anchored by a full marble slab backsplash, a dramatic lower level living space anchored by large-scale art, a primary suite with an arched plaster shower, and a bold office with a black ceiling and Sputnik chandelier that reads as a room unto itself. The outdoor living areas, including a twilight patio and a backyard fireplace with a built-in seating wall, were designed as a seamless extension of the interior.
The result is a home that feels considered from the structure out, each room distinct in character, cohesive as a whole.
